We want to make it easy and simple to access NHS services wherever you live. Our neighbours at Sunderland CCG have launched a consultation looking at making urgent care services work better for patients in and around Sunderland. We know that some patients from our area sometimes access these services in Sunderland too so there’s an opportunity for you to have their say on how these services could look.
What is urgent care?
Urgent care means ‘when you suddenly become unwell and need to see a healthcare professional the same day but is not an emergency’.
The public consultation for urgent care will be taking place between Wednesday 9 May to Sunday 12 Aug 2018. There’s a session in Durham on Monday 2 July 5 – 7PM – The Glebe Centre, Murton, SR7 9BX. Why not come along and have your say?
Or call 0191 512 8458 to register by phone, or for more information.
